Mac OS X
There are several examples and demos which are shipped as .app bundles in the OSX binary package, which are not useful in that form. It's necessary to run them from the command line. I was thinking, if an app is declared as a console app isn't it usually something that is meant to be run from the command line? And it is easy to forget to add the -= app_bundle if you do the development on some other OS.
