Store activation history for tabbed dockwidgets

If a dockwidget in a tab is closed, then it is always the rightmost entry in the tab that becomes the active dockwidget, not the one that was active before the widget that was closed. QMainWindow should keep track of the activation history of tab-stacked docks and activate the last widget that was active when the current widget is closed.
