Modularize Qt Contacts documentation

Modularize Qt Test documentation.

Steps:
1)Move documentation into qtpim/src/contacts/doc/src.
2)Make sure there are a \module and \qmlmodule pages.
3)Move examples (including the documentation) into qtpim/examples/contacts/
4)Make sure that the qtpim/src/contacts/doc/contacts.qdocconf works
5)doc/global must contain the necessary scripts, images, and CSS files
6)Link everything in the landing page.
