QComboBox doesn't setPlaceholderText on 4.8.1

      QLineEdit does supports setPlaceholderText, why QComboBox doesn't?
      I think QComboBox should does supports setPlaceholderText function if it setEditable(True).
      For better user experience and giving chance for downstream to create killer apps, please fix this bug(in fact, it is a feature)
