QDoubleValidator doesn't validate decimals correctly for several locales

      QDoubleValidator doesn't correctly validate maximum number of decimal places for several locales. For example, using Indonesian locale the text "0,123456789" is validated as Acceptable by QDoubleValidator even through the number of decimal places is set to 3. It works as expected with English (US).
