QGLFunctions doesn't work in Release mode on Windows

      qmake (also tested cmake with them same results)
      MSVC 2010 SP1 Compiler (also tested MSVC 2012 with the same results)

      A very simple program, that uses QGLFunctions to access certain OpenGL functions, crashes with access violation error when trying to call them.

      The program works in Debug mode, but not in Release mode.
