Crash after the application has thrown an exception

The attached test application crashes on the environment:
Qt4.8 + RedHat5.8 + gcc 4.5.3 or gcc4.6.3 (crash does not occur if compiled with gcc 4.4.7 or gcc 4.7.1).

Test steps:

• launch the application
• select menu item 'Test' - 'SubTest' - 'Entry 1'
  --> application throws an exception
• select again menu item 'Test' - 'SubTest' - 'Entry 1'
  --> application throws an exception
  Expected: no crash occurs
  Error: crash occurs
