Native FileDialog doesn't work under Windows XP.

    Description

      At present, the native filedialog of Qt5 is created through CLSID_FileOpenDialog/IID_IFileOpenDialog, CLSID_FileSaveDialog/IID_IFileSaveDialog, which provided by Windows Vista.
