      Tested on Mac 10.8 with package

      http://releases.qt-project.org/digia/5.0.0_beta2/latest/qt-mac-opensource-5.0.0-beta2-offline.dmg from

      latest/created_on_2012-11-06_07:05_EET

      To reproduce select menu "File->New File or project" -> Select a new project to launch the wizard in Qt Creator.

      The first page of the wizard is displayed twice (when clicked on continue, the same page pops up again)

      Also the display is broken, one of the page is only half drawn on top of the previous one.

      See attached screen shots.

      Opening a new project and searching creates problem as well.

      Tried also with the trivial wizard example.
