      There are differences in:

      • Platform windows (and associated widgets) receiving enter / leave while popups (mouse grabbing windows) are open: Windows yes, Linux: no. The documentation added in ff3e2fbe2134fe0ae8c5427b91424c6a585c2dae states that the Windows behaviour is correct.
