QDoc doesn't export specified CSS files

      Description

      We need the modules to use the same set of global defines and styles.

      QDoc doesn't handle the HTML.templatedir and HTML.stylesheets properly because they are always bound to relative paths from the configuration files.

      QDoc should resolve the absolute paths so then dependant will be able to use the global files.
