Support more meta data in a QTextDocument when printing to PDF

    Description

      The QTextDocument::DocumentUrl is currently not used (as "Base URL"), and Acrobat Reader lists a set of meta information that could be supported by adding more enums to QTextDocument::MetaInformation, ie. Author, Subject, Keywords.
