Remove unneeded ICU libs

    Description

      In the beta 2 we ship following icu libs (WIndows):

      icudt49.dll, icuin49.dll, icuio49.dll, icule49.dll, iculx49.dll, icutu49.dll, icuuc49.dll

      + *.exp, *.lib files . I think we can safely ship only icuin49.dll, icuuc49.dll, icudt49.dll, and probably also get rid of the *.exp, *.lib files.
