Keyboard movement in Qt menus is wrong when some items are disabled. Example: launch Qt Designer and try to move with keyboard in menu File. Disabled items skipped would be expected. Instead, the user needs to scroll down as many disabled items in order to select the wished enabled item. That is particularly annoying when the style has the same background color for both enabled and disabled menu items.
