Mac: Adding QGLWidget inside a layout does not work properly

      When a QGLWidget is added to a layout, the items in the layout become irresponsive. Also the QGLWidget does not show.

      Resizing the window makes the QGLWidget visible and items responsive as expected.

      See attached test case to reproduce. the "click me" button does not work the first time the application is launched. It works after the window has been resized.
