QImage plugins should report supported mime types

      Currently QImageReader and QImageWrite are only able to tell which formats they support using format names. It should be possible to instead get the mimetypes. For the built-in types the format-names matches extensions, but there is no guarantee the same will apply to 3rdparty plugins.

      This extension can be implemented using the JSON metadata of the plugins.
