Using installer 363, see for example:
1 - examples/qttools/help/contextsensitivehelp
2 - sql/sqlbrowser

The example does not work when launched via the files browser.

The example works fine when opened from the command line.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - open the example via the file browser
2 - problem => the gui is freezer
3 - open the example via command line, it runs fine
4 - open the example via the file browser again, it runs fine this time
