MaintenaceTool should cleanup qtcreator kit settings after uninstalling Qt

    Description

      After uninstalling Qt, qtcreator still shows the uninstalled Qt version in the Qt version list and shows invalid kit in kit list.
      uninstall tool should clean up this.
