The dumpcpp utility crash when generating a large file namespace

I'm trying to generate a file name space for the type library using the utility dumpcpp:
dumpcpp RxInventor.tlb -o Invenor
In the Qt version 4.7.1 header file and source file are complete. The header file contains about 440,000 rows. In the Qt version 5 file is created incomplete, only about 200,000 lines, no large piece of code. The amount of memory used dumpcpp grow to 700 megabytes, then dumpcpp crash.
Qt's source code was downloaded from git and builded 01.12.2012
