Some Examples and Demos have missing Thumbnails and don't open

      Some Examples and Demos shown in QtCreator Welcome page have missing Thumbnails and if clicked on, don't open a project.

      This is especially severe, since we now rely on showing the examples in QtCreator after no longer providing Binary Examples with the Installer.
