Pluginloader /qlibrary improvements

If you try to load a non-plugin DLL with qpluginloader you get errorString() == "Unknown error"
it should rather say: "it's not a plugin" or something.

Possibility to set a flag that tells qpluginloader to not do the checks on the patch-version on qt_version.
This flag should by default be off.
