QT_VERSION and similar constants are empty in MinGW build

      gcc (GCC) 4.6.2

      I have configured Qt 4.8.3 with:

      -opensource -confirm-license -no-webkit

      In the resulting qmake, the version constants ($$QT_VERSION, $$QT_MAJOR_VERSION, $$QT_MINOR_VERSION, $$QT_PATCH_VERSION) are empty. So I can't built Creator with this.
