QT 5.0 RC can't bootstrap on windows

    • windows 7 with perl msvc 2010 installed

    Description

      just run
      d:\devlibs\qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.0.0-rc1>configure.bat

      and the configure scripts report that:

      'D:\devlibs\qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.0.0-rc1\qtbase
      configure.exe'

      not exist, yes that file really not exist thus the bootstrap aborted.
