QDateTimeEdit validation/i18n improvement

    Description

      It would be nice if Qt could provide the evaluation functionality hidden in QDateTimeEditPrivate::validateAndInterpret as a QDateTimeValidator class. This would then ease the implementation of customized DateEdit classes. Right now one is forced to re-invent the logic in QDateTimeEditPrivate in order to get a customized widget i18n-ready.
