TOC links from Qt Creator Help Contents are broken in the help files for some modules

      To reproduce:

      • Open Qt Creator help mode.
      • Click on Qt UI Tools in the Contents pane in the side bar.
      • Click on C++ Classes

      The Qt UI Tools C++ Classes page does not open, and a processing icon is displayed until you click something else.

      Similar problem occurs, when clicking:

      • Qt Assistant Manual > Examples
      • Qt Linguist Manual > Examples
      • Qt GUI > C++ Classes
      • Qt Print Support > C++ Classes
      • Qt QML > Examples
      • Qt SQL > C++ Classes
