Mac: The print dialog does not open if no printer hardware is installed (assistant and creator)

    Description

      In Qt Creator and Qt Assistant, attempt to open the print dialog fails when no printer hardware is installed. 

      QPrintDialog: Cannot be used on non-native printers

      However it should be possible to print to a PDF file and the print dialog should open anyway (it does with QTextEdit on the same machine)
