Ship regular -opengl desktop build in addition to ANGLE based build on WIndows

    Description

      An ANGLE based build of Qt is great for ensuring that Qt Quick 2 works on all windows systems even those with crappy Intel OpenGL drivers.

      However, many customers want to be able to use the full desktop OpenGL capabilities of their systems with Qt. Including a build of Qt configured with -opengl desktop would allow the customer the option of doing so without having to rebuild Qt themselves.
