Technology preview license in the source packages

    Description

      The qt-everywhere packages contain a technology preview license, and people who answer "commercial" when running configure without will get the following text:

      This is the Qt Commercial Edition.

You are licensed to use this software under the terms of
the TECHNOLOGY PREVIEW LICENSE AGREEMENT

      which is not ideal.

      We should have the proper commercial license there and instead have a clause that commercial support is only given for released products.
