DockWidget can not be docked if setFloating is set to true as initial state.

      If initial state of a dockwidget is set to be floating then there is no way to make this dock widget dockable.
      Attached example reproduces this.
      Step to reproduce:
      click action Test->adddockWindow1 the dockWidgets cannot be docked to the mainwindow (BUG)

      Click action Test->adddockwindow2 the dockWidgets can be toggled between floating and docked state by doubleclick on its header.
