QNetworkAccessManager::get() crashes one's application on Windows 7 64-bit

      Say that you have an application which makes a call to QNetworkAccessManager::get(). That application will build fine, but then if you run it on Windows 7 64-bit, then it will crash straightaway while it works fine on Windows 7 32-bit, Ubuntu 12.04 and OS X 10.8.2 (for example).
