Seeking while paused doesn't work as expected. When resuming, the video doesn't play anymore.

Changing the playback rate to 0.0 then back to a positive value restarts the video from the beginning. It should instead resume where it stopped.

Negative playback rate stops the video but it should instead play backwards.
