tst_qquickflickable is disabled

The test is unstable because it relies on event generation and processing and is very timing sensitive. When the machine is under heavy load, the test has a higher likelyhood of failure.

Locally I managed to trigger more sporadic failures while running a massive compile job and having a game running in the background while the test runs.
