Package qml2puppet in Qt for Qt Quick 2 support in Qt Quick Designer

Qt Creator 2.7 will be still build with Qt 4.8.

This means that Qt Quick Designer needs an additional Qt 5 to support
Qt Quick 2.
The rendering is done by a helper process called qml2puppet.
People can build qml2puppet based on top of Qt 5.0.1, but it would increase usability a lot if Qt 5.0.2 would already contain a prebuild qml2puppet.

qml2puppet is installed to QtBase/bin

QtCreator contains the sources of qml2puppet in:
C:\dev\creator-5\qt-creator\share\qtcreator\qml\qmlpuppet\qml2puppet

If qml2puppet.pro is build (qmake -r && make) the qml2puppet installs itself in QtBase/bin. This is the place where Qt Creator/Qt Quick Designer looks for it.

the qmlpuppet for Qt Quick 1.0 would be also nice, but has no important use case.
