Android: FBScreen hardcodes 16-bit 565 pixel format

Apparently our raster backend hardcodes an unoptimal pixelformat in fbscreen. This uses less memory and less bandwidth, so it's better for some things, but on some devices it will give us quality issues and performance issues.

It should be investigated.
