Android: Add fallback in qfsfileengine_unix.cpp

Reported on mailing list: Need to add a fallback to qfsfileengine_unix.cpp

In the setSize() function, we're disabling one case for Android and reporting an error instead. We should see if there's any way to support that case as well.
