Description
In Internet Explorer 9, the HTML5 canvas is powerful enough to be used as a platform for web applications,
as an alternative to using HTML elements and CSS effects.
It is possible that web content will assume significantly higher HTML5 canvas performance than what we have
at the moment, so canvas performance may require significant improvement.
