Segmentation fault (File New Project and browsing docs) on Ubuntu Unity 12.10 64it

      Downloaded and installed: qt-linux-opensource-5.0.0-x86_64-offline.run

    Description

      qtcreator seg faults in two ways:
      1. File > New file or project
      2. General instability viewing the docs (IDE overview). It seg faults at different places that I can't pin-down.

      Looked for similar bugs, but none seemed to match.
      Attached copypaste from gdb - unsure if I did the right thing (am a newb)
