The example attached can be used to reproduce this issue. The example prints two pdfs, one via "direct" printing (test.pdf) and one via print dialog (print.pdf). This does not reproduce on Qt 5.0.1.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the application and select 'Print to file (PDF)'
2. Press 'Print'

Expected outcome:
Both the pdfs should look the same

Actual outcome:
Pdf printed via print dialog doesn't have all the borders and the fill is uneven. (The outcome may vary between different systems, on Suse Linux it might be the other way around).
