Qt5 & Multimedia, The never-ending problem

Phonon is no longer part of Qt5. There is no documentation to indicate that neither migration steps the multimedia module.

The DirectShow plugin binary of Qt Multimedia is not included in the Qt 5 package
We have to compile QtMultimedia ourselves, OK....
