Overlapping PathView propagates only composed mouse events to overlapped PathView

Overlapping PathView does not propagate simple mouse events to overlapped PathView. Composed events like clicks and double clicks are propagated fine, but simple mouse press and release are not, so I cannot drag elements of a PathView which is overlapped with another one, but can click on those elements.
