Implement proper key event handling for WinRT port

At the moment qwinrtkeymapper only supports very basic key input handling. As a big part of the corresponding API was removed for WinRT we have to investigate to get the actual key/text for a combinations of keys pressed. As this is tightly coupled with the keyboard locale we have to see whether there are alternatives for the methods which were removed (MapVirtualKey e.g.)
