First mouse click discarded when hiding and showing toolbar on Mac OS X.

When hiding and showing the toolbar on Mac, then the first mouse click is discareded. Second one works fine.

Can be reproduced with the application example in Qt.
Hide and then show the toolbar and click on an action. You would need to click twice before it is triggered.
