Make Webkit 2 work with Desktop OpenGL builds of Qt

    Description

      Webkit 2 does not yet work with desktop OpenGL builds of Qt on Windows. This ideally needs to be made to work to be able to provide complete functioning builds of Qt on windows that use Desktop GL as reported in QTBUG-28715.
