Win x64 with -system-zlib compiles incorrect uic.exe VS 2010

Hello,

I was compiling Qt 4.8.4 with VS 2010 x64 command prompt, using following configure:

configure.exe -opensource -platform win32-msvc2010 -no-qt3support -debug-and-release -system-zlib

As a system zlib, I had to compile this source (https://code.google.com/p/zlib-win64/downloads/detail?name=zlib-1.2.7.f-win64-v1.7z&can=2 - Source code for ZLib 1.2.7 with mods for Windows x86 and x86-64 support)

uic.exe tool is somehow damaged, because is unable to make header file from
tools\activeqt\testcon\mainwindow.ui

Using compiled binary 32bit uic.exe is working well
