Qt5 platform linuxfb support for mouse and keyboard + patch

I know the platform plugin linuxfb is rather experimental but I was able to add a bit of support for mouse and keyboard.

Patch attached.
Note that the keyboard patch is just a start. It works but the focus window is often lost. Perhaps somebody else can help here.
