QTextEdit subclass draws ScrollBars on Mac even when turned off in ItemView Delegate

    Description

      I am using a QTextEdit subclass to draw delegates for a QTreeView. On one of my clients' Macs, but not on mine, the ScrollBars for the QTextEdit are drawn even though they are set to Always off. I've included a screen shot. It seems like a regression, but since I don't have access to the client computer, I'm not able to reproduce. Maybe it will be an obvious regression.
