Error during installation process (qt.501.patcher)

    Description

      While running the installer

      qt-windows-commercial-5.0.1-mingw47_32-x86-offline.exe

      I get an installer error with the output:

      CL\QtCommercial\QtCommercial5.0.1\5.0.1\mingw47_32\bin\qmake.exe -query is not parseable. Please file a bug report with this dialog https://qt-project.org.
