setWindowIcon and windowFilePath display problem

    Description

      There are some issues with the caching of the window icon on Mac :

      1) if setWindowFilePath is called AFTER setWindowIcon the icon
      displayed is reset to a non related default.

      2) The icon used to show the path to the file when you Cmd+click the window icon uses the incorrect associated file icon and not the custom icon chosen.
