      Steps to reproduce bug
      ------------------------
      1. Open QtWebkit-based browser (specifically QupZilla or Arora)
      2. Open a Google Document or Google Presentation (Spreadsheet app seems not quite affected).
      3. Edit the content, activate an input method in below-the-spot(non-inline) mode(which a preedit area will appear until user finishes edit), try to input any non-English characters.

      What expected
      ------------------------
non-English content committed by input method from the preedit area correctly inserts into the document.

      What instead
      ------------------------
All content committed by input method are dropped

      Other info
      ------------------------

      • Other places outside Google Docs(like a simple text-box) isn't affected
        Previous bug report
      • Input method's on-the-spot(inline) mode isn't affected

      Workarounds
      ------------------------

      • You can still use Google-Docs-integrated zhu-jin and pinyin input method to input Chinese chrarcters.
      • Set input method into on-the-spot(inline) mode.
