Plastique uses wrong color roles for scrollbar buttons and tabs

      Plastik uses the button background and window foreground for tabs and scrollbar buttons. I was expecting it to use button background and foreground for scrollbar buttons and either window or button background and foreground for tabs.

      As it is right now, some color schemes (like the one pictured; see attachment) can cause it to look rather ugly.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Set button background and foreground and window background and foreground to distinct colors.
      2. Apply the changes and pay attention to tabs and scroll bar buttons.
